We are a mother-daughter educational consulting team, committed to empowering students and helping them achieve academic success at every stage of their journey. With over 40 years of combined experience in education, college advising, and student support, we’ve had the privlege of working with thousands of Texas students - guiding them through everything from daily academic challenges to the complex college admissions process.

Our backgrounds in teaching, academic advising, and school administration across multiple Texas school districts give us a deep understanding of both the local education landscape and the ever-changing world of college admissions. This allows us to provide valuable insight and expert guidance to both high school students and their families.

Together, we make an ideal college consulting team. We collaborate closely to analyze student data, identify strengths, and create personalized strategies for success - whether that means course correction, career exploration, or building a stand-out college application.     One of the most rewarding parts of my job is helping a student succeed. As a lifelong advocate for students, there's nothing quite like celebrating their excitement as they achieve their goals.

    I attended Southwest Texas State University and completed a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership at Texas Tech University. After teaching Spanish for 17 years, I finished my career as a high school academic advisor, where I guided students as they explored postgraduate options.

    Outside of work, I’m always busy planning my next trip (I can’t wait to get back to Ireland!), baking something wonderful (tiny chocolate chip cookies are my specialty), and snuggling my adorable, but naughty, mini dachshund, Strudel. Most of all, I treasure moments with my husband, Stuart, our three grown children, and our precious granddaughters.

    I believe in the transformative power of education. With the right combination of innovation and knowledge, students can achieve anything they set their minds on.

    After graduating from The University of Texas at Austin (Hook ‘em!!) and earning an M.A. from Baylor University, I taught high school English. I spent the next seven years as a K-12 administrator at some of the most competitive schools in Central Texas.

    On the weekends, you can find me cheering on my favorite sports teams and fantasy football players. I also enjoy trying out new recipes, watching old movies, exploring new places, and spending time outdoors. Say hi if you ever see me running at Town Lake with my husband and daughter!
